Terms
These terms cover buying a pass and playing QuestfulFun missions. By buying a pass or playing, you agree to them.
Who we are
QuestfulFun is run by {{LLC_NAME}}, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Contact us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 to buy a pass. Children are welcome to play, with a parent or other adult who is responsible for their use of the site.
What a pass includes
- Santa's Secret Mission in full: all five pieces, the star code, and the Christmas Hero certificate.
- As many new missions as you like until {{SEASON_END}}.
- Players: up to five with the Christmas Magic Pass, or up to ten with the Big Family Pass.
The players you enter stay with your pass for every mission. You can fix a spelling or let someone sit out a round, but not swap a player for someone new. The first piece of the mission is free to play without a pass.
Prices and payment
The Christmas Magic Pass costs $9.99 and the Big Family Pass $14.99 (US dollars). The person who bought a Christmas Magic Pass can upgrade it to a Big Family Pass for $5, from their own device. Each is paid once. None is a subscription, and none renews. Payment is processed by Stripe. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
Your family pass
A pass is for one family. The person who bought it manages it: they can invite other adults to play on their own device (up to 4 with the Christmas Magic Pass, or 9 with the Big Family Pass) by sending them a one-time code by text, give someone a new code, and remove someone at any time. Only adults may be invited; children play on a grown-up's device. Each person plays on one device at a time.
Invite links and codes work once, for the person they were made for. Please don't post them publicly or sell them. We may switch off a pass that's shared outside the family.
If an invited person changes or resets their device, the buyer sends them a new code. If the buyer changes devices, they sign in again with a one-time code sent to the email they paid with.

The game
Missions are make-believe. Santa, the elves and the North Pole are characters in a story. Puzzles and wording may change to fix problems or improve the game.
The site needs a modern browser and an internet connection to load. We work to keep it running smoothly, especially in December, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
What's ours, and what's yours to use
The missions, stories, puzzles, artwork, design and the QuestfulFun name belong to us. You may play them and print or share your family's certificates for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or republish the missions.
Fair use
Please don't try to break, overload or get around the site's payment check. We may refuse access to anyone who does.
Limits of our responsibility
The site and missions are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond those in these terms, and our total responsibility for any claim about the site or a pass is limited to the amount you paid for the pass. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where the consumer protection laws of the place you live say otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you bought your pass applies to that purchase.
